The woodworking section
During my 4th level IFTS course, one of our tasks during covid was to create a logo that could represent the woodworking section or laboratory of the school.
I decided to use AutoCAD instead of illustrator to design the basic shape of the logo, an isometric projection of a workbench or table.
The colors
The colors used are earthy natural tones, chosen to remind of wood, except the dark navy blue, used as contrast and outline of the logo which symbolizes the new technologies used in the laboratory and the background colors of some CAD-cam software.
